In 1997 we purchased a former Episcopal church and began the process of converting the building into a full-service mortuary, which opened December 15, 1998. We enhanced the strikingly beautiful sanctuary/chapel (seating for 250) while building anew in all the adjoining areas. Most notably, a Reception Center was constructed to adjoin the chapel. This concept has received accolades from the families we serve. This is a great way to host an informal gathering (sometimes immediately following the funeral or memorial service in our chapel or at church). We offer a variety of inexpensive catered choices from the simplest through a complete meal. Throughout the facility, you will find warm and home-like furnishings and treatments that reflect our wish to ensure your physical and emotional comfort. A complimentary coffee and tea service (including a variety of no-caffeine and herbal teas) is available in our lobby at all times. Centrally located in the north metro area, this facility is often associated with our neighbors across the street at the Thornton Town Centre (including Super Wal-Mart and many others) and Highland Cemetery 1/2 block away. Now, the North Metro Area has a choice, and better yet, one that is family owned and operated.
